Invitation to Bid

Sealed bids for the Bremerton National Airport- South Hangar Site Phase 1 Development will be received by in-person delivery or by courier at the Port of Bremerton, Airport Administrative Offices located at 8850 SW State Hwy 3, Bremerton, WA 98312, until the bid opening time of 3:00 PM, on the 30th day of April 2020, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read. Any bids received after the time for opening cannot, and will not be considered. The scope of work being considered is: 1) Construction of new taxilane and paved aircraft parking aapron. 2) Constructio of new access road. 3) Construction of new waterline. 4) Construct new storm drain system. 5) Construction of new storm water detention system. 6) Replace and/or install new electrical cables, conduits, constant current regulators, and various electrical components. 7) Installation of new septic system. 

The contract documetns for the above project may be examind between the hours of 8:00a.m. and 4:30p.m. Monday through Friday at the Airport Administrative Offices, Bremerton National Airport, 8850 SW State Hwy 3, Bremerton, WA 98312. An optional bre-bid conference will be held at the Bremerton National Airport, 8850 SW State Hwy 3, Bremerton, WA 98312, on March 26, 2020 at 1:00p.m., local time. All bidders and potential subcontractors are encouraged to attend. At this meeting, questions concerning the Contract Documenbts and the proposed work will be discussed. A tour of the project site will be conducted after the meeting. This is a prevailing wage project per State Law. All labor on the project shall be paid no less than the minimum wage rates established by the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries
