WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:
The Port of Bremerton is looking for an experienced, visionary Director of the Marina Facilities to lead operations at Port Orchard and Bremerton marinas. This high-impact leadership role is part of the senior management team and offers an opportunity to shape strategic direction, influence community engagement, and drive operational excellence.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: The Port prides itself in providing a friendly, casual team environment with career opportunities for all levels of employment right here in Kitsap County. Members or our team enjoy the extensive Port benefits package that significantly contribute to overall compensation including comprehensive medical coverage with the premium for individual and family members paid at a significant level, dental, vision, life and long term disability coverage. VEBA savings account and robust vacation, sick, personal days, all federal holidays and retirement plans. Salary range: $116,000-130,000 dependent on qualifications.
