Port of Bremerton Underwater Inspection of Marine Facilities

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the PORT OF BREMERTON is hereby seeking proposals for public works contract work for the underwater inspection, condition assessment of underwater mooring systems at the Port Orchard Marina, Bremerton Marina & USS Turner Joy. 

Scope and Nature of Work: The Port desires contractor to provide a condition assessment of certain facilities based on an underwater inspection. The inspection will consist of a thorough (Level I) visual inspection of the underwater structural, mechanical, mooring (mooring diagrams available upon request), pilings and cathodic protection systems at locations stated above. The evaluation will consist of a written report including the inspection results, identifying significant problems and providing recommended corrective actions, with supplemental photo or video representative of 10% general conditions and specific identified problem areas. Turner Joy underwater Work To be completed by December 31, 2022, Bremerton & Port Orchard Marina underwater work to be completed by February 15, 2023, with reporting delivered by April 15, 2023.
