MARINA PERMIT PARKING:
The tenant-designated parking for the Port Orchard Marina is adjacent to the Port Orchard Waterfront Park, located at 933 Bay Street, Port Orchard, Washington. The entrance to the parking lot is located on Harrison Avenue, turning north off of Bay Street. The parking area includes a total of 101 spaces designated for marina-only parking. Parking passes for existing marina tenants may be secured at the Port Orchard Marina office located west of the parking lot at 707 Sidney Parkway, Port Orchard.
WEEKDAY PAID PARKING IN EMPTY STALLS
During the work week, limited parking spaces are also available for hourly public parking rates at $1 per hour, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm only. PORT ORCHARD FARMERS MARKET ON SATURDAYS: APRIL - OCTOBER
Between April and October, the annual Farmers Market is held on Saturdays in the mornings near the Port Orchard Waterfront Park, and these parking areas are temporarily unavailable during the market mornings. Additional signage will be visible during these times.
ADDITIONAL PARKING SPACES FOR MARINA USE
Additional public parking is located directly south, adjacent to the marina. The waterfront public parking lot (between Frederick St. and Sidney Ave. north of Bay St.) has 4-hour parking Monday through Friday. City of Port Orchard Parking Enforcement Officers monitor the 4-hour restricted parking spots Monday through Friday 8-5:00 pm. These spaces are free for the marina boaters and visitors to park for four (4) hours or as long as needed on evenings, Saturdays, Sundays, and Federal Holidays in the 4-hour time-restricted parking areas. This parking area also has Handicapped/ADA parking spaces and includes two electric vehicle parking stalls in this parking lot.
Other free parking spaces near the marina include Bay Street, with 2-hr parking on both sides, parallel parking only, and Frederick and Sidney Street: 2-hr parking from waterfront to Prospect. Nearby downtown residential streets with 4-hour time restrictions: Prospect, Kitsap, Sidney from Prospect to Dekalb, Cline from Kitsap to Dwight, Robert Geiger, Dekalb, Dwight, Harrison, and Seattle.

MARINA PERMIT PARKING
The tenant-designated parking for the Bremerton Marina is within the Marine Square parking garage, located at 280 Washington Avenue, Floor 2, Bremerton, Washington. The entrance to the garage is located midway on 2nd Street. The parking area includes a total of 75 spaces designated for marina-only parking. Parking passes for existing marina tenants may be secured at the Bremerton Marina office on the Bremerton boardwalk.

ADDITIONAL PARKING SPACES FOR MARINA USE
Additional 30-minute marina loading and unloading parking spaces are provided at the east terminus of 2nd Street. Two additional marina 60-minute loading and unloading spaces are located on the red level (bottom level) of the Harborside Parking Garage against the east wall.
