Port of BREMERTON
Inventech Site Development Phase 1 Project
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Port of Bremerton until 2 p.m. on December 14, 2022, for construction of the Inventech Site Development Phase 1 Project. No 04-21-40001-C proposals will be accepted after the above-stated time. Proposals that are hand delivered will be accepted at the Port Office located at 8850 SW State Hwy 3, Bremerton, WA 98312. Proposals can also be mailed to 8850 SW State Hwy 3, Bremerton, WA 98312. Immediately following the above-stated time, the proposals will be publicly opened and read.
The contract consists of work to be completed within 150 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed (anticipated January 2023) and consists of civil site development improvements within the Port of Bremerton's Olympic View Industrial Park. Improvements generally consist of roadway construction and water, sanitary, and stormwater utility installation as further described in the project bid manual.
Access to bidding information is available through the officeof Soundwest Engineering Associates by email request to lswanson@soundwesteng.com. Project addenda will only be issued to plan holders registered with Soundwest by direct email request. Only local exchanges registered with Soundwest will receive project information. Arrangements to visit the project site can be requested by email to lswanson@soundwesteng.com.
All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit made payable to the Port of Bremerton, for a sum not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory payment and performance bonds within the time stated in the Contract Documents, the bid deposit/bond shall be forfeited to the Port of Bremerton.
