Director of Marine Facilities+

The Port of Bremerton, Bremerton, Washington, is inviting qualified candidates to apply for the position of Director of Marine Facilities.

The Director of Marine Facilities serves as a member of the senior level of Port management. Duties of this professional management position generally include directing the operation and management of the Port’s marine facilities department which includes the Bremerton and Port Orchard marinas, Harper Pier, and other harbor facilities. The Director has direct oversight and supervision of the Marina Operations Manager, senior maintenance leads (PM III), Port maintenance staff as assigned, and Marina Office Assistants. 

A Bachelor's degree in business, management or similar field required. A minimum of five years' experience is required in a senior level professional position with a focus on marina operations, as well as general management, marketing and communication experience. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of five years’ experience with progressive responsibility in marine operations or related activity.
