PORT OF BREMERTON
Architectural and Engineering Services
Submittal Deadline:  January 31, 2013
 
In accordance with RCW 39.80.30, the Port of Bremerton is announcing generally to the public its projected requirements for architectural and engineering services for 2013 calendar year.
The Port of Bremerton facilities involved in this general solicitation are comprised of the Bremerton National Airport, and Olympic View Business and Industrial Parks.  Infrastructure and industrial building design, and public works project management projects and services are budgeted for calendar year 2013.
The following A &E scope of services is anticipated to be needed in 2013:
 

• Site/Civil Design        
• Industrial Building Tenant Improvement Architectural Design
• Mechanical/Structural Engineering
• Road and Building Construction Project Management
• Environmental Planning and Permitting for Marine/Shoreline Projects

 
Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) will be accepted for these disciplines only.  An individual SOQ is required for each discipline being proposed.  The SOQ shall be limited to ten (10) pages excluding cover letter.  U.S. Government SF 330 may be submitted but is not required.  Form 330, if submitted, will be considered a part of the ten (10) page SOQ limitation.
The Port of Bremerton may elect to advertise for profession services for specific projects as per the Revised Code of Washington.
