Port Restructuring Plan Meeting

Port staff has been meeting to research, discuss, and design a plan to restructure overall Port operations, manpower, and financials following Commision action to terminate the Bremerton Marina proviatization initiative and to address the substantial budget deficit that remans. The proposed plan is designed to allow for a more efficient organization and will be proesented to the Board of Comissioners during the work study session for their consideration.
