Olympic View Industrial Park

Port of Bremerton’s Olympic View Industrial Park consists of over 348 acres of leasable land. Most properties are totally infrastructure. Water, sewer, zoning, gas and power are in place. Fiber optic service is available from State Route 3. Some properties have stunning views of the Olympic Mountains and some have rail access. Three principal carriers located in or adjacent to the nearby Bremerton National Airport provide air/ground express services. All properties lie within the Port’s designated Foreign Trade Zone.  Lease rates are set by the Port Commission and vary depending on location.
